Your care navigator helps you find the right therapist, answers questions along the way, checks in to make sure things are going well, and helps you pivot if your first match isn't quite right. Think of them as your guide through the mental health system.
Visit matching.therify.co and enter the email address associated with your Therify account. We will send you a 6 digit, single-use verification code to that email. Enter the code in the verification input and click "Verify" to complete your sign in. For security purposes, this verification code is only valid for one use and expires 10 minutes after creation. You can always request a new code should you experience any issues signing in.
After you complete registration and your intake questionnaire, our care navigation team reviews your information and identifies therapists who match your needs. You'll receive an email with your personalized recommendations, along with guidance on how to book your first session.
